PRE-ORDER AGREEMENT – Chill&Drink First Edition

This Pre-Order Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Customer (“Client”) and Chill&Drink (“Seller”) for the reservation of a Chill&Drink First Edition smart luxury table (“Product”).

1. Nature of Pre-Order By filling out the pre-order form on our website, the Client expresses interest in purchasing the Product but is not placing a binding order. After submission, the Client will receive:

  • The official product pricing,
  • A preliminary shipping cost estimate.

2. Confirmation and Payment Terms If the Client accepts the pricing and shipping terms, they may proceed with placing an order by making an advance payment of 60% of the total product value. The remaining 40% must be paid prior to shipment.

  • Payment is made via bank transfer based on an invoice issued by Chill&Drink.
  • The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of the 60% advance payment (“Deposit”).

3. Production and Delivery Timeline The Product is manufactured to order. Estimated production time is 3–5 weeks from the date of receipt of the Deposit.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The Client may cancel their order within 24 hours of paying the Deposit.
  • After 24 hours, the Deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • If the Client fails to pay the remaining 40% before shipment, the Deposit is forfeited and the order is considered cancelled.
  • Due to the custom-made nature of the Product, returns are not accepted.

5. Product Number Reservation

  • The Client may choose a preferred Product number (from the limited series of 999), subject to availability.
  • The selected number is reserved only if available at the time of payment.
  • The number may not be changed after 48 hours from Deposit confirmation.

6. Warranty and Claims

  • Each Product is inspected and tested before shipment.
  • Claims will be considered only in the event of manufacturing defects.
  • Damages resulting from misuse, failure to follow the user manual, or external mechanical damage are not covered.
  • Clients will receive a usage guide upon delivery.

7. Final Provisions

  • This Agreement is governed by Polish law.
  • The Client acknowledges that by paying the Deposit, they accept the terms of this Agreement.
  • The Seller reserves the right to update this Agreement; the version valid at the time of Deposit will apply.
